National School Lunch Program/School Breakfast Program
Crestview Preparatory operates the National School Lunch Program & School Breakfast Program, which are federally assisted meal programs to provide nutritionally balanced, low‐cost meals to school children each school day. Crestview Preparatory currently offers students meals at $3.00. As a requirement for this program, Crestview Preparatory is required to distribute household applications. Household applications for free and reduced meals may be completed online. These applications can be filled out multiple times throughout the year, which allows families who have experienced a change in their household size or income the opportunity to apply for free or reduced price meals at any time. Please contact Christina Bierling if you have any questions.
All families are highly recommended to complete this application. This for is used to check for free and reduced lunch status for students. This for is also important for determining and grant funding at each school.
